At Deimos Art, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new artwork doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Artwork
Carefully repackage the item in its original gallery-grade packaging to ensure it remains protected during transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our curators inspect the returned piece, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
